Audit
We map what you actually do, not what the org chart says you do. Every tool, every handoff, every place a task waits on a person.
We audit how your business runs, then build the workflows and AI agents that take over the repeatable parts.

Leads sit in an inbox until someone remembers to reply. The same figures get typed into three different tools by three different people. A report that should take five minutes takes an afternoon, every month, forever.
None of this is a skills problem. It is a systems problem, and systems are the thing we build.
We are not building generic AI agents. We partner with your business to solve the operational pain points that are actually stubborn, cut the time spent on repetitive tasks, and build measurable efficiency into the workflows you run every day.

We map what you actually do, not what the org chart says you do. Every tool, every handoff, every place a task waits on a person.
02
We design the workflow before we automate it. A bad process automated quickly is just a bad process that now runs itself, faster.
03
We build the workflow and the AI agents that run it, wired into the tools you already use. Nothing to rip out and replace.
04
We watch what we built. Automations get monitored, adjusted, and handed over with a runbook your own team can actually read.
Read this as a set, not a pitch. If a process is repeatable, it is a candidate.
A
Chat and voice agents that qualify leads, answer common questions, and hand off cleanly when a human is actually needed.
B
The multi-step processes that currently live in someone's head or a spreadsheet: onboarding, invoicing, reporting, follow-up.
C
Your CRM, calendar, inbox and spreadsheets, actually talking to each other instead of being updated by hand three times.
D
Automated checks and audit trails for the processes where a missed step is expensive, not just annoying.
If it is repeatable,
it is a candidate.
Pricing
We keep automation pricing transparent and flexible. Choose a one-time project fee or a subscription-based model, whichever works best for your business.
Option A
Pay once for the audit, design and build. Once the automation is live, it is yours, with no subscription required to keep running it.
Best for one process you want solved and owned outright.
Option B
A monthly plan that covers the build plus ongoing monitoring, adjustments and support as your processes change.
Best for automations that need to keep evolving with the business.
Either way, we scope and price after the audit, not before it.
The honest part
TriggIQ is a new practice. We would rather say that plainly than invent a client who does not exist. What we have is a method we trust, and a way to prove it before you commit to anything large.
Start with one process. If the automation we build for it does not measurably cut the manual hours involved, we keep working on that one process at no extra cost until it does. We do not move to the next one before that.
Anything repeatable that currently costs a person time: data entry, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, routing. If you can describe the steps, we can usually automate most of them.
No. We build on top of what you have when it is working, and replace only the parts that are not. Tool-agnostic means we are not selling you a platform.
A single process, from audit to a working automation, is typically weeks, not months. Larger builds are scoped stage by stage, not sold as one long project.
It stays in the tools you already use. We build the connections between them; we do not need to hold a copy of your business to automate it.
It depends on the process. We scope and price after the audit, not before it, because a fixed quote before we have looked is a guess wearing a number.
Thirty minutes. We look at one process in your business and tell you plainly whether automating it is worth doing.
