TriggIQ Book a discovery call

AI automation for UK law firms.

Small and mid-size firms lose most of their week to work that is procedural, repetitive and billable to nobody.

Client intake typed twice. Conflict checks chased by email. Matter files opened by hand. Client care letters rewritten from a template that lives on someone's desktop.

None of it is a skills problem. It is a systems problem.

Book a call Thirty minutes, one process, a straight answer.

Where the hours actually go

  • Intake. An enquiry lands at 6pm on a Friday and sits until Monday. By then they have called two other firms.
  • Conflict checks and onboarding. Manual searches, ID checks chased over email, matter opening keyed into the practice management system by a fee earner on a chargeable rate.
  • Document review. Skilled people reading bundles for the third time to find the same six clauses.
  • Client care and updates. Clients ringing to ask what is happening, because nobody has time to tell them before they do.
  • Billing and time capture. Hours reconstructed from memory on a Friday afternoon, which is to say, undercharged.

What we automate for firms

01

Speed-to-lead intake agent

Enquiries from the website, phone and email are engaged within seconds, qualified against your criteria, and either booked into a fee earner's diary or routed for triage. Out of hours included.

02

Matter opening

Once the client is confirmed, conflict search, ID and AML checks, engagement letter and file creation run as a single workflow, with a human approval step where you want one.

03

Document review support

Clause extraction, comparison against your precedent, and a summary flagging the terms that differ. It does not sign anything. It reads first so a solicitor reads less.

04

Client care automation

Milestone-triggered updates, in your firm's voice, logged to the matter. Fewer chasing calls, better client satisfaction scores, cleaner complaints record.

05

Billing and disbursement chasing

Outstanding invoices tracked, reminders escalated politely and on schedule, cash collected weeks earlier.

Regulated, and built like it

Automation in a law firm is not the same as automation in a shop. We build for that.

  • Audit trail by default. Every automated step is logged: what ran, on what data, when, and who approved it. If the SRA asks, you can answer.
  • Human in the loop where it matters. Advice, judgement and anything that goes to a client under a solicitor's name stays with a person. Automation handles the procedure around it.
  • UK GDPR and confidentiality. Client data stays in the systems you already hold it in. We build the connections; we do not need a copy of your files to automate your firm.
  • Data protection paperwork done properly. DPA, processing record and a written risk assessment on every build, not on request.

How it is priced

A fixed-fee audit first, then a fixed fee for each process we build, then a monthly plan to keep it running. Most firms start with intake, because it is the process where lost time converts directly into lost instructions.

Questions firms ask

Will this replace paralegals?

It removes the procedural work that stops paralegals doing the work you actually hired them for. In practice, firms that automate intake end up handling more matters with the same team, not fewer people.

We already use a practice management system. Do we have to change it?

No. We build on top of what you have. Tool-agnostic means we are not selling you a platform.

What about client confidentiality?

Data stays in your systems. Where a model is involved, we use configurations with no training on your data, and we document exactly which data touches which service. You get that document whether or not you ask for it.

How long before it is live?

A first intake agent is typically live in days, not months. Larger builds are scoped stage by stage.
