How this is priced.
Most automation agencies quote a range wide enough to be meaningless, then narrow it once they have seen your budget. We do it the other way round. Here is exactly how the money works, before you speak to anyone.
01
The Audit. One fixed fee.
We map how your business actually runs. Every tool, every handoff, every place a task waits on a person. You get back a prioritised list of what to automate, what each build will cost, and what each one is worth to you per year.
The fee is fixed and agreed before we start. It does not move based on what we find.
The output is yours to keep, whether or not you build anything with us. If you go on to a build, the audit fee comes off the build.
02
The Build. Fixed fee per process.
Design, build and deploy one working automation, wired into the tools you already use. One process, one number, agreed up front.
We price per process rather than per hour on purpose. Hourly rates punish us for being fast and punish you for asking questions. If a build takes longer than we thought, that is our problem, not a change request.
Larger programmes are scoped stage by stage, never sold as one long project.
Everything is built inside your accounts, with admin access from day one and a runbook at handover. If we stopped working with you tomorrow, it keeps running.
03
The Managed Plan. Monthly, by scope.
Automations are not websites. They break when a vendor changes an API, when your process changes, when a form field gets renamed. Someone has to watch them.
- Run. A small number of live automations. Monitoring, fixes and vendor changes patched inside the fee. Monthly report on what ran and what it saved.
- Operate. A larger set of automations, plus a monthly optimisation session and a new small build each quarter.
- Embedded. Unlimited automations, priority response, quarterly roadmap review. For businesses treating automation as an operating capability rather than a project.
Thirty days' notice, both ways. No lock-in, no seats, no credits.
What moves the number
We will not pretend the price is the same for everyone. These are the things that move it, so you can work out roughly where you sit before we talk.
- How many systems the process touches. Two is straightforward. Seven is not.
- Whether your data is clean. Structured records in a CRM: fast. Two thousand PDFs and a shared drive: slower, and we will say so before we start rather than after.
- Voice. Voice agents are meaningfully harder to build than chat, and carry a per-minute running cost. Real-time speech is more engineering than it looks.
- Compliance. If you handle client money, health data or regulated advice, we build the audit trail in from the start. That takes longer. It is also the reason you would hire us rather than a freelancer.
- How much of it stays manual. Approval steps, human sign-off and exception handling are usually the right call. They also add build time.
What is not in the fee
Third-party running costs are yours and billed to your accounts, not marked up through us: model usage, telephony minutes, and whatever your CRM or automation platform charges. We tell you the expected monthly range before you commit to anything, and we design to keep it low rather than to keep it hidden.
The guarantee.
Start with one process. If the automation we build does not measurably cut the manual hours involved, we keep working on that one process at no extra cost until it does. We do not move to the next one before that.
Thirty minutes. One process. A straight answer on whether automating it is worth doing, and what it would cost to do it.
